Great review, Steve. I liked the book for many of the same reasons you mentioned. I would submit that more ordinary Jehovah's Witnesses are competent thinkers about our faith than are given credit for. But it is easier on the part of opposers to indulge in name-calling and vituperation, however unjustified.
