WW- Calling the unknown God does not tell us a thing about God, including whether he is conscious entity or not. It shifts the question from "what caused it?" to "what is it?", but it is really the same question. I saw the site of the practical man's proof of God. He has similar problems. He enumerates point one, point two, etc., but it's really all just saying, "How else could all this get here?" Answer: We don't know. Saying something is God because we don't know is far from a proof. There are better arguments for the existence of God but it includes a discussion of the definition of God. The Bible is a whole different thing, of course.
