I think that is the main issue and I think you are avoiding it, rather blatantly too. I also believe you don't like some of the truths that are posted that reveal just how deceptive the
WT can be. This is not a WT run site and you give the impression it should be run like one. As far as giving a reason for a deletion being more time consuming, that could be easily remedied if there were some way to just highlight the
offensive part(s) of the post.
I think you are making a needed change harder than it should be. This is not change for the sake of change, this is growth. How come you are the only moderator who is posting statements against such needed change? I think you are just dismayed at the accountability factor.
