I agree with Alan's addition suggestions regarding changes to H2O, especially the idea of having the removed post be replaced with a post specifying why it was deleted.
One problem I see with another of Alan's suggestions is that it would become tedious for us moderators to type out information such as "line 22 of the post violates section 1.2.3 of the FPP because ..." Instead I think there should be a text box for the moderators to enter the line number followed by a drop-down list box containing all or most of the possible FPP violations.
