I'd like to see you keep going with the Younger Bear posts. It's the kind of subtlety that takes a while to catch on, because few will have seen the movie and of those, few will make the connection. But understanding will spread.
In fact, I suggest not even worrying overmuch about explaining your "Younger Bear" self to those who misunderstand. Leave it to others, or to time, to tell the tale. I sometimes get the biggest charge out of a joke when the target never catches on, and I never let him in on it. The pleasure is in the joke itself, not in watching him become aware of it.
