It's funny, your post, because it's true we humans have never had major change without a good deal of bloodshed and atrocities. Guess it's the only way we know, eh?
Even in the corporate world, where the WT REALLY belongs, one oftne reads of "hostile takeovers". I'm all for reform of the organization but anyone who thinks this can be done as a smooth transition is deluding themselves.
