Have you ever stopped to think that perhaps most of the grief you experience on this board is due to one person? And that person is a Jehovah's Witnesses. That person is a moderator. This board has run smoothly for months at a time when that Moderator is not rampaging. No problems. Great debates, and encouraging discussions.
Every single time he starts rampaging this board goes upside down. Decent debates dry up, and people (including many JWs) get very upset and write to you about it.
The source of your grief is not me, or Kent, or Norm, or Jan or AF or anyone else. The source of your grief is a Moderator who won't even follow your own rules and singles out individuals by deleting their posts; not for what they say, but for who wrote them.
