While it is possible to "earn" the title of J.W., it is never possible to earn righteousness in Jehovah's eyes. See Phillipians 3:1-10, Ephesians 2:8-9, and Romans 4:1-5:1
I would suggest that instead of seeking the approval of men, that you seek the approval of God by accepting Christ's offering of His shed blood. Accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and you will attain the righteousness you seek.
