To answer your questions:
1. probably (free speech until you violate FPP)
2. probably (none of the really active ones seem to want to comment on their actions and the reasons for
them - some exceptions)
3. probably (although there is clearly not ONE unique right way)
4. probably (they could be a lot more open about their decisions - perhaps the moderator tools could have an additional row of boxes added to
allow moddies to register the FPP clause violated)
