You are way wrong here brave, anonymous poster. I think you feel threatened by Jan and it really ticks you off that someone so young could be so knowledgable.
I have first hand experience with Jan regarding his ability to "learn" from someone. He once, quite mistakenly :-), formed the opinion that I was not as tolerant of views unlike my own as he once thought. I explained my views to him and he conceded that MAYBE HE HAD BEEN WRONG. I love that about him.
So, I'm curious, why did you single out Jan? Is it still vogue to shoot for Jan? Why not Seeker or Norm or Comf or AF or 1 or Doug? These guys, with their individual styles, easily refute any and all nonsense that comes down the pike. There are more than I listed, all of them very fine minds.
Instead of a personal attack why don't you post a point you disagree with and, in a civilized manner, refute it? Are you capable of this? If yes, prove it.
