The scriptures you quoted all warn against those who have fallen away from the faith and to ones trying to draw others away from true worship.
They can all equally be applied to the octogenarians on the Governing Body but she won't want
to hear that.
I would advise you to take one doctrine at a time and discuss it, if she will. You can also show her legitimate, secular history books, available at the library, showing how 1914 is wrong. Jerusalem fell in 587 b.c.e. and
not 607 as the society says. This makes the 2520 years end in 1934, not 1914, hence Jehovah could not have chosen ANY organisation as his spokesman.
Maybe is you rely strictly on Bible discussion then secular discussion you can avoid
the 'apsostate' thing.
