Liberty is pleased to confirm that all outstanding issues have been agreed in relation to the dispute between Liberty and V2 / Liberty X and the appeal by V2 and Liberty X due to be heard in November 2002 has been withdrawn. The matter has been concluded amicably and confidentially between the parties.
The judgement of the honourable Mr Justice Laddie accordingly stands.

Liberty is continuing work on their forthcoming R&B album and will release a new single later this summer.
