The Jaxx approached Liberty after hearing them on the radio. They wanted that 'P funk backing vocal thang' going on that Liberty had for their new single. The song was 'Red Alert' and reached no4 in the UK charts. Kevin from Liberty recently saw 'Bend It Like Beckham' at the cinema when Red Alert, used in the film came on. He said it was really strange hearing himself sing in the film.
