Exterior is in very good but not perfect condition. No leaks in body. New brakes and mufflers, New battery, fresh roof coat, front tires very good, rear tires average. Runs good, drives straight. Onan generator, runs good. Fresh oil change in engine and generator.
The body based dual furnaces & dual air conditioners work great. The cockpit heat/ac needs repair, but the blower works.
Small bubbling on exterior in one area due to now fixed leak. Side door has slight damage at handle, works fine, looks o.k.
Totally remodeled interior. Fresh neutral paint throughout, cleaned cabinet doors with all new hinges. Oak laminate floor in dining area, brand new contemporary carpet throughtout. All brand new furniture, dinette cushions, couch, 2 side chairs, 2 captains chairs. Decorated super nice with reupholstered window treatments and 2" Nu Wood blinds that are new also. New faucets in bathroom and kitchen. Brand new stove and microwave, never used. New Mattress,
As mentioned before, heat and airconditioning work great.
New stereo with cassette and a 10 disk cd changer (cd not new but works good.
