This information can be emailed to LCDR Edith O'Brion

All cadets and officers who are not part of the sponsoring units MUST have properly completed locally arranged orders and complete service jackets. In addition, Officers must have the Adult Release Form and Cadets must have the Child Release form. Officers who bring cadets for the weekend and who are taking Officer Professional Development courses (OPDs) will have berthing available on Friday night. Please note that officer berthing consists of separate buildings for each gender and are single rooms. Rooms are comfortable but not deluxe. There are no private showers. Berthing costs are included with the weekend fee. The cost for each course is $30 with BOQ included, and $22 if no berthing is required.

Check-in for cadets who are not staff will begin at 2000 and end at 2100. The first class wil begin at 2100. Please keep this in mind and do not be late! We have a very tight schedule and late check-ins are disruptive.

Part of the Pre-Boot experience is checking in. Seabags will be inspected. There are four separate seabag lists, one for Female Sea Cadets, one for Male Sea Cadets, one for Female Navy League Cadets, and one for Male Navy League Cadets. Be sure that you use the correct list. Cadets are not to bring items that are not on the list. if you have any questions or concerns, email LCDR Edith O'Brion

Pre-Boot Weekend is an opportunity for your cadets to prepare for Recruit Trainig. They will be tested for physical fitness and will receive the classroom instruction that is required before attending Recruit Training this summer. Cadets who successfully complete Pre-Boot Weekend are the ones who will most likely succeed at the real thing.

For directions from your location, please use the following address: 178 Ypers Avenue, Annville, PA 17003. There will be signs posted to direct you to the check-in building.
