Why is the military in the civilian courts?

The flag to the left is not the flag of The United States of America as I will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Have you ever been in any courtroom and taken a look at the flag? What surrounds the edges of this flag did you see some gold fringe? I will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt what form of flag this is. First lets look at title 4 sections 1 & 2 of the United States Code (Hereinafter USC)

http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/4/1.html

"Sec. 1. Flag; stripes and stars on

The flag of the United States shall be thirteen horizontal stripes, alternate red and white; and the union of the flag shall be forty- eight stars, white in a blue field."

http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/4/2.html

"Sec. 2. Same; additional stars

On the admission of a new State into the Union one star shall be added to the union of the flag; and such addition shall take effect on the fourth day of July then next succeeding such admission."

Do you see any mention of congress authoring gold fringe? I don't Now lets look at military law shall we

Bare in mind the link above comes and goes so if you can't access it try again later or I have saved this page and uploaded it here as well just in case. It is untampered with http://www.geocities.com/libertarian4life2001/Army.html. Just for the record this page at this link is not my work it is from Army regulations. I have it posted here because of the temperment of the Army's webpage as it comes and goes so much. But it is their work not mine and I claim no credit for this work at the last link above.

"b. National flags listed below are for indoor display and for use in ceremonies and parades. For these purposes, the flag of the United States will be of rayon banner cloth or heavyweight nylon, trimmed on three sides with golden yellow fringe, 2 1/2 inches wide. It will be the same size or larger than other flags displayed or carried at the same time. "

Now for part of subsection c

c. Authorization for indoor display. The flag of the United States is authorized for indoor display for each-

(4) Military courtroom.

Oh look at that Gold Fringe authorized for use in the military. So now the big question what is a military authorized flag doing hanging in a civilian courtroom???????? And under which jurisdiction is the court really ruling???????

This is the Flag of the
United States of America
as authorized by congress.
NOT that rag at the top of the page.
