| Academic Scholarships The Liberia Hope Fund currently awards "Hope Scholarships" to adolescent girls in primary and junior high school. Girls are selected based on financial need, a personal interview, and on the recommendation of their school's administration. | Girls' Mentoring and Advocacy Group The Girls' Mentoring and Advocacy Group is made up of Hope Scholar Alumni and professional women from diverse fields. We mentor vulnerable and at-risk girls and empower them to advocate for their rights and welfare in domestic, academic, and social arenas. |

| HIV/AIDS Education, Activism and Support To help decrease the rate of HIV infection among the youth, the Liberia Hope Fund provides HIV and AIDS education to young people, teachers, and other audiences through Awareness and Prevention Presentations, and through the youth-friendly Destiny newsletter and other communication media. We also support the work of youth-led AIDS organizations, and offer creative programs for people living with HIV/AIDS. |
