" Sound Streets. Sound
Beats. "
Sound Streets, Sound Beats.
A sound heart, but a troubled mind.
Life goes on, but my world stands still.
The cat chases the string, but never grasps it.
Never seems to get close enough,
Or Seems to go too far.
I feel tormented and teased,
As I slowly fall back.
Sound Streets, Sound Beats.
A sound mind, but a troubled heart.
Life goes on, but my world no longer stands still.
The cat no longer chases the string,
But reflects upon its losses.
Many have come,
But more have gone.
It seems to leave nothing.
In
Death
In death they walk among us,
Hiding in the shadows,
Never far behind.
In death they feed upon us,
Coming from the shadows,
To take their victim's blood.
In death they live among us,
Inside abandoned houses,
Sleeping all the day.
In death they dance among us,
Laughing and joking,
At our short, pathetic lives.
In death they fly above us,
High up in the sky,
Freer than we'll ever know.
In death they come to take us,
And take away our hope,
To join their existence.
In death we are alone.
Follow
Me
Follow me to a better place,
It's better than here.
Not a single soul,
Less than perfect,
They're all free.
No one can harm you,
Everyone is equal,
No difference among them,
Friends you will find aplenty.
You can wander around,
For as long as you like,
Night and day have no meaning.
So follow me to this place,
And you shall see for yourself,
Death is better than life.
“Theory of Empty Space "
Democritus argued that nothingness (i.e. empty space) does indeed exist. This
empty space provides ground for the motion of all things based down to the
atom itself. I personally do not agree with the theory of
"nothingness." Emptiness would mean an area exists where no matter
of a physical sense exists, including atoms. This is a paradox theory because
it goes beyond the human ability of conception. Everything in existence is
composed of physical matter of some sort or another, hence if empty space did
exists, it must be some sort of physical composure.
This physical composure is unidentifiable by the human mind, because by
leaving out any identifiable matter that may nullify the argument of empty
space, it leaves us with nothing. Ignoring my previous argument of empty
space having an identifiable physical composure, the argument of actual
"nothingness" is left. This theory too is a paradox theory, because
it defies all natural laws of existence. Everything in existence, as I
mentioned before, has a physical composure. Each item in existence
contributes to the active purpose of another and so on and so forth. This
idea follow the theory that "all things are one" as many Ionian
philosophers believed in, where all things come from one
source. Emptiness, considering that it defies all natural laws of existence,
cannot come from the same source of the rest of existence.
This argument is still undergoing some serious thought. I need to strengthen
my argument, I know. It's a work in progress!

Cat
Haiku
The rule for today -
Touch my tail, I shred your hand.
New rule tomorrow.
The Big Ones snore now.
Every room is dark and cold.
Time for "Cup Hockey".
You never feed me.
Perhaps I'll sleep on your face.
That will sure show you.
My small cardboard box.
You cannot see me if I
can just hide my head.
Blur of motion, then -
silence, me, a paper bag.
What is so funny?
Wanna go outside.
Oh, no! Help! I got outside!
Let me back inside!
Grace personified.
I leap into the window.
I meant to do that.
You're always typing.
Well, let's see you ignore my
sitting on your hands.
I want to be close
to you. Can I fit my head
inside your armpit?
Humans are so strange.
Mine lies still in bed, then screams.
My claws are not that sharp.
Cats meow out of angst
"Thumbs! If only we had thumbs!
We could do so much!"
You must scratch me there!
Yes, above my tail!
Behold, Elevator butt.
