Making A Purchase    

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

We currently offer 3 ways to purchase online.

(1) Credit card details sent seperately. This means you can place your order online, and send the credit card details seperately ie. mail, fax, phone.

(2) Credit Cards. We also accept credit cards over the internet.

(3) Invoice and Payment Before Delivery. This means you can place your order online, mail us a check, and we will ship the order.

Shipping And Handling

We ship all items through the Australia Postal Service, priority mail 3 day. Heavy, bulky items may have extra shipping and handling charges. If this be the case you will be notified before any addtional charges are charged to your account. You will have the option to cancel all or part of the order before shipment.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 5-7 business days.
If you have a target ship date for your order please type that date in the box marked special instructions near the bottom of the order form.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

We gaurantee that the plants and or hardgoods we carry are; in good working order, true to name, and of top quality. If there is a problem with your shipment notify us immediately. See the "Contacting" section for ways to contact us about your shipment.

Liang Lian does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

If their is a problem with your order please email, phone, write, or call us with your order number, the specific problem with the order, a phone number where you can be reached, and your suggestions as to what you would like us to do for you.
