It rained heavily.

Gatsby came to Nick’s house to inspect everything to make sure that the tea goes perfectly.

He dressed befittingly and waiting for Daisy’s coming quietly.

The clock was two minutes to four.

Gatsby was impatient and he couldn’t wait anymore.

But he was advised by Nick’s words.

Daisy was coming.

Nick went outside to greet Daisy and brought her come in.

Gatsby was nowhere to be found, he wasn’t in.

He went outside even it was raining,

So that he could make a dignified entrance when Daisy’s and his meeting.

Gatsby and Daisy looked at one another in awkward surprise.

They felt uncomfortable.

Gatsby even said to Nick “This is a terrible mistake, a terrible, terrible mistake.”

He was tremendous anxiety.

Nick slipped out the back of his house.

He sat under a tree in his backyard until the rain stops about a half-hour later.

When Nick went back into house,

Gatsby and Daisy were more comfortable than before,

And every vestige of embarrassment was gone.

Daisy’s face was smeared with tears,

Gatsby was suddenly relaxed and confident.

The three decided to go to Gatsby’s house.

During their tour of Gatsby’s extravagant mansion,

Daisy was wide-eyed with wonder and awe upon seeing Gatsby’s house.

Gatsby got Klipspringer to play the piano for them.

When the music was going,

The expression of bewilderment had come back into Gatsby’s face.

It was raining again,

Now, Gatsby and Daisy were too engrossed in each other to realize anything else exists.

Nick slipped out of the house and left the together.
