Previously ranked fourth in the world in the Junior category, Antigua's Daniel "Bakka" Bailey, jump two spaces into second place at the 30th Annual Hampton International Games in Trinidad over the weekend.

Bailey, affectionately know as "the plane," shattered his previous best when he ran a time of 10.32 seconds in the boy's under-20 100 meters, which also earned him his new ranking as the number two junior in the world. Bailey also competed in the 200 meters and placed second with a time of 21.03 seconds - another personal best.

It was, however, like deja vu for the young Antiguan sensation who had, three weeks ago captured both gold and silver medals at the Carifta Games in Bermuda. Bailey clocked a time of 10.54 in the under-20 boys' and recorded his previous personal best of 21.06 in the 200 meters and finish second behind of world youth record holder and two-times defending champion, Usain Bolt of Jamaica who ran a time of 19.93.
