| To space, and family. By: Balnok "Is the ship fueled up?" Balnok asked. "Almost Balnok, just a few more minutes," Bulma said, trying not to look sad. "WAIT!!!" everyone looked to see Mara rushing towards them with her luggage. "We aren�t going to leave without you, I mean, you are acting like we don�t care about you," Goshen said sarcastically. They were going to space to train for a martial arts tournament on Alpha Centauri. "OK, its fueled up," Balnok said, with a sigh. "Lets get going." They all got on and were about to close the door when they heard a voice calling them from outside. Balnok looked outside and saw Trunks running up to them. "Wait, you can�t leave me here," he said, out of breath. He had run from Dende�s palace, and was a little tired from the run, and yelling. "Sorry buddy, can�t come. The ship only has the supplies for 4 people." Balnok said to his cousin. "Well, he�can take�my place," Mara said, suddenly feeling nauseous. "You OK?" Goshen asked her. She had not been feeling to hot for a couple days now. "You don�t look so, whoa there." he ran over and caught her as Mara lost her balance. "Maybe she should stay here," Balnok said, looking at Mara. "Maybe, is that OK with you?" Goshen asked. "Yea, let�Trunks go�in my place. We�we will contact�the tournament holders and tell them�what happened." Mara replied. She then keeled over and blew chunks. They took Mara back inside and put her in bed. They got on the ship and closed the door. Outside, Bulma was preparing for the takeoff. "Now, don�t get killed out there guys," Bulma said holding up a peace sign. Balnok punched in the command and they shot off. Trunks looked back at the Capsule Corp. building as they flew away from It. "When do we train?" he asked excitedly. They had put a gravity machine on the ship so they could train. "Right now." Goshen said, stepping into the room. Balnok set the ship to auto pilot and followed them. The training was set up, Trunks VS Balnok and Goshen VS Tara. "MANA LIGHTNING TORNADO!!" Balnok shot out a cylinder of spinning lightning straight at Trunks. He dogged it and counter attacked with his sword. Balnok blocked the swing with the Mana Blade, then pushed Trunks back and blasted him. Tara was slashing Goshen with her claws, burning and cutting his skin. "FINAL BLAST," He yelled, firing it at Tara. The blast hit her, head on. Throwing her to the ground. She got up and charged at Goshen. He punched her but hit nothing but air. Then he felt blinding pain on his back as Tara tore her claws into him. He turned around and kicked her away. They fired a volley of blasts. They kept her away long enough for Goshen to pull on his gloves. He flew at her and punched her in the stomach, then flew above her and spiked her to the ground. "KA�ME�HA�ME�" He got ready to fire. But she got up and charged her own blast. "FLA�ME�HA�ME�" then they put there hands out. "HA," they yelled together. The blasts collided and stood dormant, not moving much. The fighters stood strong, both trying to get the upper hand on each other. Balnok was on the ground, holding the cut on his arm. Trunks charged at the downed Faya �jin, ready to attack again. Balnok pressed the button on the Mana Blade, changing it back to a dagger. He threw it with all his strength. Trunks caught it, then he fell to the ground. The dagger had somehow gained a lot of weight. Balnok stood up, and walked over to Trunks. "I forgot to tell you, that blade has something new about it. Unless I say they can, no one can hold it. It gains so much weight that the person, no matter who it is, can not hold it." He said, while kneeling down to pick up the dagger. Trunks could not move his hand, the bones in it had broken. "Lets take a break." Trunks said, taking a Sensu bean from the Sensu bean replicator. They looked over at Goshen and Tara. They were both on the ground, panting, with bruises on Tara and deep cuts in Goshen�s body. Balnok turned off the gravity, and the 2 stood up, weakly. "Dang, you have gotten stronger, and faster," Goshen said, holding his immobilized left arm. They ate and sat down, to talk about there plans. "Well we have what would be a 3 week�s supply of food, for a human, so we will need to stop to get food, somewhere because that is not even a week for us." Goshen said, still hungry. "Well, there are a few planets along the way that we could stop at," Tara said. Just then, the communicator went off. Balnok walked over to it and turned it on. An alien face appeared. "Unknown ship, this is Photan Garlops, the merciless space pirate. Prepare to be boarded." It said, with an evil grin. "I think not," Balnok said, turning on the ships guns. 10 of the aliens beamed on the ship. Balnok had an idea. He turned the gravity machine on to 300, and the 4 warriors stepped in. The aliens took one step in and fell to the ground. 5 went in, but the others stayed out. Balnok pulled out his sword and slashed the head off of one of them. Another pulled out a gun and shot it at Tara. Making her really mad. She flew at him and punched a hole through him. Goshen went around, beating them all down. When they were done with them, they shot them out the toilet. The pirate ship flew away at a great speed. They all sat back down. Goshen walked over to the COM. and called Tara. "Guys, we have a problem," Mara woke everyone up and they walked into the kitchen. "Well I�m sorry, I get hungry in the middle of the night and get a small snack." Goshen said, looking at the now empty food bins. "There is a small planet near here that we can get some food at," Balnok said, looking at the map. They flew along to the planet, and landed. "This is Farnot, a planet of merchants. There should be a grocery store around, me and Tara will see what else there is, any places we can get something for the ship." Balnok said, to Goshen. They all got off the ship and flew towards the city. Goshen and Trunks walked off to the grocery store, and Balnok and Tara went to a bar to see if there were any merchants, on their break. They sat down and looked over the drink selections. "Bring them 2 Black Vortexes," a man in a dark, damaged cloak said in a gruff, low voice. "They would be best for new people to this planet." The bartender poured a dark, red liquid into 2 cups and set them in front of them. Balnok tried it. It wasn�t to bad. "Hey, these aren�t bad, thanks mister�" Balnok paused, to get the guys name. "Call me, Wolf," the man spoke again. "Besides, there aren�t many of us left." Balnok and Tara looked confused. Then the man flashed a silver wolf�s tail. "Oh, your a�" "Stop, don�t say it. There are Saya �jins coming," he said, pulling out a small dagger. Trunks and Goshen walked in, and walked over to them. "Hey guys," Balnok said to them. "What are you doing, talking to them?" Wolf asked harshly. "What, you don�t like Saya �jins?" Balnok asked, puzzled. "Those stupid monkeys destroyed my planet." "Sounds like our people still do some bad things, Huh cuz?" Trunks asked. "Cousin? You have a Saya �jin as a cousin?" he asked, confused. "Yeah, he is the sun of my uncle, the formally titled prince Vegeta." Balnok replied. "What? Could this boy be, no. That can�t be possible, he died, I thought." Wolf�s mind was racing. Then, a big alien burst in, and rushed at Wolf. Balnok stepped forward and tried to stop the blow, but was knocked away. "There you are, you stupid wolf-man. Ready to die?" The monster asked, chuckling evilly. "Take it outside." The bartender said to them. The monster stepped outside, followed by Wolf and the 4 others. Balnok rubbed his cheek, which still hurt from the blow. Wolf pulled his dagger out again, and pressed a button on the handle. It shot out into a blue sword, with the sounds of water coming from it. "Ready Karnok?? "You will die now, Wolf." The monster charged at wolf, and hit air. Then he came around and hit Wolf, who was standing behind him. Wolf launched into Balnok, and was knocked out. "An enemy of a fellow Faya �jin, is an enemy of mine." Balnok said, powering up. "An enemy of my boyfriend, is an enemy of mine," Tara said, standing next to her lover. "Same with us," Trunks said, running over with Goshen. They all started powering up. "No, I have to do this." Balnok said to them, "there is something about this man, something that compels me to do this." He pulled out his Mana dagger, and changed it to the Mana saber. Wolf had regained consciousness, but was still weak, and looked over at Balnok. "There is no denying it, that is my son." He thought to himself. "You can do it�Balnok." Balnok froze in place. "How do you know my�" he felt a hard punch hit his face. He turned and slashed at the behemoth. Nothing, he hit air, but he was smart. He turned around and blasted it into the air. Then he powered up. "LIGHTNING MANA TORNADO," he shot the fierce, spinning lightning at Karnok. He got caught in it, but Balnok kept it coming, to hurt this monster as much as he could. It was not enough. "Try this, BARF BLAST," Karnok yelled, shooting a blast from his mouth. Balnok got hit and was shot back, against a building. Balnok screamed loudly and he went to Fantastic Faya �jin 2. He flew at Karnok and slashed at him, cutting off his hand. Then he charged a blast and blew off Karnok�s head. Balnok set the tiger eye in his sword, against his head, and brought the mana energy into himself. He walked over to Wolf and helped him up. "How did you know my name?" he asked. "Because, I�" wolf paused for a moment, "�I am�your father, Balbon." He pulled off his cloak, which revealed a person that looked much like Vegeta. Balnok stood there, realizing the truth. "D�dad," he said, walking over to his father and being caught in a warm, loving embrace. "Ha, Ha, Ha, very touching." They looked over and saw a man staring at them. "Oh no, he�s found me," Balbon said in horror. "F�Father, who is he," Balnok asked, trembling. "He is the one who destroyed our planet, and badly injured your mother." Balbon said, staring at the man, not moving an inch. "I am Taditz, son of Nappa, I am a Saya �jin from New Vegeta," He said, flicking his tail around. "I am Balnok, son of Balbon, brother of your, Prince Vegeta." Balnok said, standing tall, with a commanding look on his face. "And I am Trunks, son of Prince Vegeta." He said, standing next to them. "I don�t care who you are," he looked at trunks, "You don�t have enough royal blood in you to order me around," he looked at Balnok, "and your father is supposed to be dead. No 2 heirs to the Saya �jin throne can be allowed. Besides, you and your father are Faya �jins, and I must�" "You must kill us, well are you going to kill me father?" Tara asked. Everyone stared at her as she said this. "T�Tara?!?! What are you doing he�" he paused when he saw the tail, "You, you are a Faya �jin? Your mother lied, she said you and your sister were killed, but she gave you two to�I�m sorry, but I have to do this. I have to kill all Faya �jins, and if that means you and Mara, then�" "Leave her out of this, she was not turned, she is still a Saya �jin," Tara said to Taditz. "I don�t care. She can still be turned, and was trained under those stupid dogs. I�d rather not take any chances." "Oh no, no, no, no. No, I know you did not just threaten my girlfriend, and her sister," Goshen said, laughing, and walking towards Taditz. "WHAT!?! A full blooded Saya �jin, getting with a Faya �jin??" Taditz said, getting mad. "No, No," Goshen said, "Mara, I am with Mara. And you threatened her, so you must die." Goshen powered up, and Trunks flew at Taditz. Taditz flew forward, and knocked trunks away, like a bug. "MANA WHIRLPOOL," Balbon said, using an attack that was much like Mana Lightning Tornado, but with water. It did not even make Taditz blink. He slammed into Balbon, and launched him into a building. The citizens were running around, dodging falling debris. "FLA, why must I do this, ME, he is my father, Ha, why must he kill us, Me, I�m sorry father," Tara looked at her father, and with tears in her eyes, "HA," the blast caught Taditz by surprise and knocked him back a little, but not much. He turned to Tara, "Bad girl, now you must be punished!!" He fired a blast at her. "NO, TARA!!" Balnok yelled, he jumped in front of the blast, Mana Saber in front of him, and absorbed the blast into it. He was shot back, but came back strong. He threw himself at the merciless Saya �jin, Mana Blade in hand. He swung hard, but missed. Then did a multi-jab, each one missing. He jumped back and, with a smirk on his face, went FFj 2. He lunged at Taditz, Mana Saber forward, ready to strike, but Taditz had a little secret up his sleeve. Just before the blade made contact, he went Super Saya �jin, and caught the blade. Balnok could not release Taditz�s grip. He was being wailed on, and hard. He then had an idea. He let go of the sword, letting Taditz fall to the ground. He slid his hand out from under the sword, and blasted Goshen, who was charging at him. Tara and Balnok attacked again. While flying over, Balnok used his telekinesis to call his sword. Tara whipped out her claws. They both attacked with all they had, but it was not enough. He was to fast for them. Taditz grabbed Tara, and punched her in the face, sending her flying. Then he kneed Balnok in the stomach, throwing him into the air, then flew up and spiked him to the ground. "He, he, pathetic Faya �jins. You are no match for a power like me." "Were not done yet!!" Trunks flew from behind him and slashed at his back. Blood dripped from the gapping wound. Taditz pummeled Trunks, not letting him try. It bought them just enough time. Balnok stood up and walked over to Goshen. They turned towards Taditz, who was still punching the crap out of Trunks. "Hey, monkey-boy," Balnok mocked, making Taditz look at them. "Lets see how you like this, FU "SION" "HA" The boys combined into Super Faya �jin 3 Balshen. "Quelsar Blast," he charged 1 Quelsar in his right hand and did like Goshen�s Final Blast, holding up the hand, he shot the beam at Taditz, flinging him back. He charged at Balshen, ready to attack. He punched Balshen in the stomach, and kicked him away. Then he flew at Balshen again, but he was ready. He Instant Transmissioned behind Taditz and slammed him to the ground. "LIGHT�NING�ME�HA," Taditz was slammed into the ground by the blast. Balshen flew down, blade out, ready to attack. When the dust settled, Taditz was standing, as strong as ever. "Grr, what does it take to kill you." Balshen said, angrily. "More than that, I�m afraid." Balshen shot off like a rocket, straight at the Saya �jin. He hacked and slashed at Taditz, not doing much to him. Taditz punched Balshen, making blood spurt out of his mouth. Balshen turned and punched him back, then kicked him hard. He charged a blast and threw it at Taditz, flinging him back. Balshen charged him again, this time, with his fists. He gave Taditz a hard, right jab. And pummeled him to the ground. He jumped up and kicked him in the stomach, making him splurt blood from his mouth. Then Balshen looked around and saw that people were watching. He walked around, riling up the crowd. He then ran at the downed Taditz and used the "People�s Elbow". Just as he stood up again, they defused. "What was that?" Balnok asked Goshen. "I have been watching to much WWF with my dad." Goshen replied. Taditz stood up, dazed. "Allow me," Balnok said. He walked up to Taditz and grabbed his throat. He took Taditz�s right arm, and crossed it over his own. Then he picked him up and, "CHOAKSLAM," he yelled, throwing the great mass that was Taditz to the ground. Taditz got up. He was not to happy. He charged at the 2 and punched them to the ground. "That hurt, take this," he shot a huge blast at both of them, knocking them down, and weakening them, a lot. He then turned around and blasted Tara who was coming at him. "Now, Balbon, I must ki�" he was blasted forward at a great speed. "No one, and I mean no one harms my brother," Vegeta landed in front of Balbon. "Wh�Why are you helping me," Balbon asked his brother. "Because I�m not like I use to be. Plus, you kid has grown on me." Vegeta answered. "D�Dad, how did you get here," trunks asked, on the ground. "I helped him," Goku landed in front of them, "Gohan felt that you were being hurt, badly, and told us to come help. "You, you are Prince Vegeta. I a�" "I don�t care who you are, you almost killed my son, nephew, and brother. You don�t deserve to live." Vegeta went SSJ4 and attacked Taditz. He punched him in the stomach, leaving a bloody hole. Then he kicked him away, and moved to where Taditz would land, and, "FINAL FLASH," the blast went straight through Taditz�s body, eradicating him. They all had a Sensu bean and got up. They went to the ship and talked. Balnok told his father about what they were doing, and he said he wanted to train with them. Vegeta and Goku said goodbye and left. "Come on dad, you have a lot of training to do before you can take us," Balnok said, walking into the Gravity Machine room. The end |
