About the Web Site
This site was originally created in 1999 with it's first publishing finished by July 9th 1999. Here we are now in the year 2002, about three years since this site's launch. So after three years the site began to accumulate hundreds of files furthering its complexity. From some of the suggestions made to me from others I decided to re-design the site. Here we are now with the new site. The goals for the re-design were to make the site simpler to navigate through, more functional, smaller in file size, and create less complications that could prevent a user to use the site. Hopefully all three have been achieved. Due to advancements in HTML and the new introduction to DHTML this site is no longer compatible with with browsers Internet Explorer 3.0 and Netscape Navigator 3.0 or any browser compatible only with HTML 3.0. Internet Explorer 4.0 and Netscape Communicator 4.0 and greater are only compatible with this site. For users of the 3.0 or lower browsers I have created a Site Map to use in place of the default navigation system.
