Contract

We mailed a check for $5000 to Camelot Park.

Ticket sales
-
We sold 29 tickets at $60, 1 at $65.

We should say there's a deadline of 5/30.

We can sell at special events, such as the Senior Awards on June 3, the
Senior Luau, graduation practice, the senior picture.
-
We gave away raffle prizes on May 1.
-
We had for prizes 3 corsage discounts, 5 Jamba Juice certificates, a $20
gift certificate from Willow Glen Books, 2 Pizza My Heart certifacates
at $25 each, and a prom bid.

Marla and Autumn will need more help selling tickets.

Supplemental Entertainment

Sue and Joe signed the contract for the hypnotist, Arlow Moreland, and
sent it to him. We should have him come around 2:00-3:00.

The henna artists are still available.

We could provide disposable cameras for the students to take pictures at
grad night.

We can buy more tokens.

Scholarships:

Amanda Bush handed out 5 scholarships. We budgeted for up to 20.

Bus Loading
-
Lore is handling bus loading. She's getting volunteers.

We need to get Cary Catching's phone number in case we need to call about
late students.

Publicity

We need big banners.

We should publicize the hypnotist and that we'll have lots of food.

We can put posters in senior English, economics, and government classes.

We can have the outreach people call Hispanic families.

Keychains: we budgeted for 250. We will buy 225. Sue mailed a check to
Boda.

Food (Judy Frazier)

We got a $400 donation for pizza. We will get 40 pizzas.

Other donations: Pasta Pomodoro, Antonelli's, Queen's, Gunther's
(vegetable trays), Coco's (pies and pastries), Noah's bagels, Mid-town
Safeway.

We can get eggrolls for $25.44 for 50. Last year, we got 150 for $75.

Drinks: our order will go with senior luau. Ask for 1 case of Sierra Mist,
1 case of Pepsi, 2 cases of water.

We need to buy cream cheese to go with the bagels. We can get a big tub
at Costco or a little tubs at Cash and Carry.

Food pickup: Joe Silveria said he could pick up food. Dale Murphy, Nancy
Davenport, and Kathy Vita can also pickup food.

Ron Horii will pickup bagels from Noah's. Noah's needs to be called 2 weeks
ahead.

We will need to borrow ice chests. Each ice chest needs to have a bag of
ice in it.

Chaperones
-
Sandy Lantrip said she would chaperone.
-
Jennifer Thomas has a conflict. She won't be able to chaperone. She will
ask around.

We have George Adrana, Janet Burdick, the Gomez's, and 1 more. We need
6 chaperones if we have 200 people.

We may be able to get help from City Year people.
-
The next meeting will be on Thursday May 29 at 6:30 pm in room 58.
-
The last PTSA meeting will be a potluck at Sue Suttle's house on June 11
at 5:30.
