Ashleigh - I am a senior this year. I joined G.S.A. in hopes that I could improve the treatment of gays/lesbians/bisexuals/transgendered etc. in my school. I myself am straight but am a friend and relative to the gay community. I hope to continue aiding G.S.A. in it's purposes throughout my high school career.
Courtenay "Coco" - I am seventeen years old and a freshman in college at Onondaga Community College and Syracuse University. I used to be co-president of the G.S.A. I joined the G.S.A. because I needed a place of neutrality and kindness. I am a lesbian and a relative to the gay community. I want to attend college to become a teacher so that I may teach tolerance of others and intolerance of the hatred of homophobia.
Brittni - I am a crazy lil' sixteen year old. I joined the G.S.A. because I wanted to find people who care about issues like homophobia in the schools because it affects me. I am a junior and bisexual. I plan to travel the world. I love to talk to people so feel free to e-mail me.
Clara - I joined the gsa later then everyone else. I must admit, I did have my prejudices before I entered, but, my first meeting was an awesome experience. I not only made new friends but I felt like I joined a family. Please help promote understanding and tolerance throughout your school/community, a little support goes a long way.
More to come with permission.
