2.    Give a brief (at least a ½ page) description and/or background information on the piece you’ve chosen (artist/composer, date of creation, and any other interesting facts you learn).

 

3.    If possible, include a reproduction of the painting or portion of the song.

 

4.    You will turn in or send by email:

ü      The title, date, and creator of the piece you’ve chosen

Take 5 pictures of fractions around the school or at home

 

1.      use the digital camera at school (after a quick lesson on how to use it) to take pictures of things that can be considered fractions

2.    name each picture you take the fraction that it is (ex: 2/3 blue swings)

1.      use your digital camera at home (with parent permission) to take pictures of things that can be considered fractions

2.     name each picture you take the fraction that it is (ex: 3/8 pizza remains)
