The boardroom at ACBA. Kimberly and Jillian are staring at each other, piles of documents piled around them.
Jillian: �So, how long have you been married to Scott?�
Kimberly: �About a year and a half.� She pauses. �Are you seeing anyone?�
Jillian: (suspiciously) �No, not right now. I dumped the guy I was seeing right before I moved here.� She winks at Kimberly. �He wasn�t too good in bed, you know.�
Kimberly: �You mean Ryan Harlow? The actor on the new soap? You�re kidding, right?�
Jillian: (tossing her hair) �He had real issues.� She grins. �Speaking of issues, Justin asked me to have dinner with him.�
Kimberly: (surprised) �He did? What did you say?�
Jillian: (rolling her eyes) �What do you think I said? I said no! He�s not my type. He�s too... nice.�
Kimberly: �Jillian, he�s a very nice man. You should give him a chance.�
Jillian: (pissed) �Why are you telling me who I should go out with, Kimberly?� she sneers. �It�s really not your concern. Why don�t you spend more time keeping an eye on your husband? I saw him checking me out.�
Kimberly: (standing up) �You�re pathetic, Jillian!�
Jillian: (standing up, her hands on her hips) �No, you�re pathetic. Didn�t you have a child with ALEXIS� boyfriend?�
Kimberly: �You know what? Just because you�re a first rate lawyer doesn�t mean that you have the right to act like a bitch twenty four hours a day!�
Jillian: �Who are you calling bitch?�
Kimberly: �YOU!� she snarls. �You have been nothing but rude to all of us since you arrived here.�
Jillian: (haughty) �Me, rude? I don�t think so, babe! You�re the one who acts like the queen of the earth, and Mackenzie and Alexis are just as bitchy as you. And as for Justin, he can barely keep from drooling when I�m around. The only people here that I LIKE are Scott and Gregory.�
Kimberly opens her mouth to say something, but just then, Justin and Mackenzie walk in.
Justin: �Kim, are you okay?�
Kimberly: (as Jillian storms out) �I�m fine. Jillian and I were having a difference of opinion.�
Mackenzie: (rolling her eyes) �About what? She doesn�t think that the sky is blue or something, huh?�
Kimberly: �Along those lines.� She turns to Justin. �I hear that you asked her out.�
Justin: (blushing) �Yeah, and she rejected me before I had completely gotten the question out of my mouth.� He shrugs. �Maybe I got off lucky. I could hear her yelling as I came down the hall just now.�
Kimberly: �Justin, don�t worry about her. You�re a nice guy and you could do so much better than Jillian.�
Justin: �I guess.� Turning to Mackenzie. �I�m looking forward to dinner tonight.�
Alexis: (coming in) �I�m not. You guys had better go easy on us.� She smiles at Justin. �My daughters are in love with you. You made quite an impression on them when you came over for dinner last week.�
Justin: (laughing) �Just because I happened to know a little soccer trivia? And the lyrics to a Spice Girls song that my niece likes?� he grins. �I think that your daughters are adorable, Alexis. Especially Hannah. She�s going to be a real heartbreaker when she�s older.�
Alexis: �Yeah, she really seemed to like you. It�s funny because she�s usually pretty clingy and she went right to you.�
Kimberly: (laughing as they sit down) �Alexis, I hear that Brooke has a little boyfriend. Serena saw them holding hands at recess."
Alexis: (laughing) �Yep, third grade love for you.� She grins. �But don�t say anything to Ned about it. Brooke doesn�t want him to tease her about it.�
Mackenzie: (looking at the stacks of papers) �Kim, what were you doing before you and Jillian started going at it?�
Kimberly: �I am trying very hard to find the documents that have phone calls listed on them. There are about a hundred so this is going to take me all day.� She sighs.
Justin: �I�ll help you, if you�d like, Kim.�
Alexis: �Mackenzie and I will too.� They each take a pile of folders.
Kimberly: (gratefully) �Thanks, you guys.� She smiles. �You�re the best.�
Mackenzie: (teasingly) �Alexis, don�t wear yourself out working today. You�re going to need your strength for tonight. Is your uniform ironed and ready?�
Alexis: (blushing) �Shut up, Mackenzie.�
Kimberly: (interested) �Alexis, you�re wearing a uniform? What kind?�
Mackenzie: (grinning evilly) �You�ll see tonight.�
Mackenzie, Justin and Kimberly start laughing. Alexis just sighs.
Eleven thirty a.m. ACBA boardroom.
Mackenzie, Kimberly, Alexis and Justin are still working.
Scott: (coming in) �Hello, lawyers.�
Kimberly: (standing up and giving him a kiss) �What are you doing here? Aren�t you supposed to be in court all day?�
Scott: (kissing her back) �No, we got called into recess until tomorrow.� He smiles at his friends. �Are you guys helping my beautiful wife?�
Mackenzie: �Of course we are. We�re NICE, unlike some people.�
Scott: (raising his eyebrows) �Kim, where�s Jillian? Isn�t she supposed to help you?�
Kimberly: �Supposed to being the operative words.� She smirks. �She thinks that you were checking her out so I decided to tell her otherwise.�
Scott: (rolling his eyes) �You�ve already been in a fight and it isn�t even noon yet?�
Kimberly: (sitting back down) �Aren�t you proud?� they all start laughing.
Scott: (looking at his watch) �Well, are you guys ready to leave? We�re supposed to be meeting Gregory at the Grill for our first lunch meeting with Sierra.�
They all nod absently and continue looking at their documents.
Scott: (amused) �You guys! You can stop working!�
Noon. The Port Charles Grill.
Alexis, Mackenzie, Kimberly, Justin and Scott walk in to find Jillian and Gregory sitting at a table.
Jillian: (to Gregory) �You know, you�re pretty sexy.�
Gregory: (amused) �Sexy and currently seeing someone.�
Jillian: (in a low voice, leaning forward) �Are you sure about Monica, Greg? I could make your cold nights a whole lot warmer.�
Mackenzie: (hearing her as they approach) �Hey, Jillian, why don�t you go talk to that waiter over there? Unlike Greg, he�s available.�
Jillian: (sarcastically) �Very funny.�
Scott: (to Gregory) �She hasn�t arrived yet?�
Gregory: (as they all sit down) �She called to say she�s running a few minutes late.�
Just then, a gorgeous blonde woman comes into the Grill, dressed to perfection in a pale gray suit with a short skirt and a matching gray and white scarf. her hair is up in a messy topknot. The look is sexy and professional at the same time.
Scott: (rising) �Sierra, I�m glad you could make it.�
Sierra: (played by Cynthia Watros, ex-Annie, GL) �I got lost.� She smiles sheepishly. �This great song came on the radio and I got into it and suddenly, I was on second street.� She smiles at everyone. �This must be the wonderful Ashton, Cisnaros and Baldwin Associates.�
Scott: �Everyone, this is Sierra Hudson. Sierra, this is Alexis Ashton, Justin Vieira, Kimberly Baldwin, Mackenzie Cassadine, Jillian Garrett, and Gregory Fortino.�
Sierra: (shaking hands with everyone) �It�s a great pleasure to meet you all.� As she and Scott sit down. �I�ve been looking forward to coming to work with all of you.�
Jillian: (staring at her) �So, do you remember me?�
Sierra: (amicably) �Jillian Garrett. I remember you from law school.� She smiles at her. �You�ve made quite a name for yourself. Congratulations.�
Mackenzie: (to Alexis) �Yeah, she�s made quite a name for herself... and some of it may be in the field of law.� They both start laughing under their breaths.
Just then, Ned walks into the Grill. He looks over at Alexis and smiles.
Jillian: (unaware that Ned is Alexis� husband) �Wow, look at that hot guy over there.�
Mackenzie: (smirking) �Yeah, he�s pretty good looking.� She grins at Alexis.
Jillian: (ignoring all of them) �I think I�ll go introduce myself.� She glares at Kimberly. �Let�s see how fast I can get him to take my number.� She stands up.
Justin: �Alexis isn�t that...�
Alexis: (cutting him off) �Yes, Justin, it IS a GREAT idea for Jillian to go hit on that man.�
Jillian smirks at Alexis and strides off across the room, tossing her hair.
Kimberly: (laughing) �This is going to be so great.�
Sierra: (confused) �What�s going on here?�
Scott: (laughing) �Just watch. You�ll see.�
Jillian: (going over to Ned) �Hey, Sexy. Are you all alone?�
Ned: (looking at Alexis, who winks at him) �Actually, I�m waiting for someone.�
Jillian: �How about you spend your waiting time buying me a drink?� she leans close to him. �I would be VERY grateful.�
Ned: �No thanks. I�m not interested.�
Jillian: �Are you gay?�
Ned: �No, I am not gay.�
Jillian: �Don�t you know who I am? I�m Jillian Garrett.�
Ned: (it dawning on him) �Oh, you�re the lawyer, Jillian Garrett.�
Jillian: �If you�re not gay, and you know who I am, why aren�t you willing to buy me a drink?� she smiles seductively. �Or a whole lot more?�
Ned just smiles and heads towards the ACBA table. Jillian follows him.
Alexis: (standing up and going over to Ned) �Jillian...�
Jillian: �You know this man?� she smiles at Alexis. �Alexis, why don�t you be a pal and hook a friend up with this stud?�
By this time, Justin, Mackenzie, Kimberly, Scott and Gregory are in hysterics.
Sierra: (to Gregory) �I take it that Alexis knows that man?�
Gregory: �You could say that.� He grins.
Alexis: (to Jillian) �Jillian Garrett, I�d like you to meet MY HUSBAND, Ned Ashton.�
Jillian stares at them, her mouth hanging open, as Ned gives Alexis a quick kiss.
Ned: (holding out a hand to Jillian) �Nice to meet you.�
Jillian: (shocked) �You�re kidding, right? You�re Alexis� husband?�
Mackenzie: (laughing) �He�s also my brother.�
Alexis: �For the last five years.� She smiles. �Ned, what are you doing here?�
Ned: �I�m meeting Grandfather for a meeting. I thought I�d say hello to you guys.�
Jillian: (looking at her watch) �I�m sorry, I can�t stay for lunch. Sierra, it was nice seeing you again, and as for the rest of you, I�ll see you tomorrow. I have a meeting with a client in about an hour.�
She practically runs out the door of the Grill, leaving everyone laughing.
Alexis: (kissing Ned) �That was priceless.�
Ned: (laughing) �Glad to be of help.�
Alexis: �Oh, Sierra, this is my husband, Ned. Ned, this is Sierra Hudson, our newest lawyer.�
Ned: (shaking her hand) �It�s nice to meet you.�
Sierra: (grinning) �Alexis, that was wonderful what you just did to Jillian. She deserves whatever she gets.�
Alexis: (sitting down) �Thank you. I feel the same way.�
Mackenzie: �Ooh, do you have dirt on her from law school?�
Sierra: (as Ned sits down in Jillian�s chair) �You could say that. She made the grave error of hiding my notes for a mock trial our senior year and I think that it is JUST TERRIBLE that she ended up having the notes that she bribed some junior to make for her traded with those of another case.�
Kimberly: �What ended up happening?�
Sierra: �On the day of closing remarks, Jillian got up and read straight from the paper how wonderful it was that Brazil was going to be deporting chimps to the United States.� She smiles. �It was a murder trial.�
Everyone starts laughing hysterically. Sierra smiles self-consciously.
Mackenzie: �Sierra, I�ve only known you for ten minutes, but I can tell that we�re going to be great friends.�
Sierra: (laughing) �Thanks. You all seem just great.� She smiles at Justin. �All of you.�
Mackenzie: (seeing the look between Sierra and Justin) �Sierra, all of us are having dinner at my house tonight. Alexis and Ned, having lost a bet to me and my husband, are going to be dressing up in costume and waiting on us. It�s just a casual thing, no need to dress up, but would you like to come?�
Alexis: (as Sierra looks at her) �It�s a long story.�
Sierra: �Sure. I�d love to come. If you�ll just give me directions...�
Justin: �Actually, I�d be more than happy to pick you up, Sierra. Where are you staying?�
Sierra: �That would be great, Justin. I don�t really know my way around Port Charles yet.� She smiles. �I�m staying here at the Hotel. Room 237.�
Kimberly: �If you�re staying here, then how did you get lost coming here for lunch?�
Sierra: �I had to go to the grocery store for shampoo. I made it there alright, but I got lost on the way back.� She smiles. �I�m terrible with directions.�
Justin: (grinning at her) �I�m staying here too until my apartment is ready. I�ll come down at get you around six, if that�s okay.�
Sierra: �That would be wonderful.� She blushes a little.
Mackenzie: (mouthing at Alexis) �Love connection.�
Alexis: (mouthing back) �Totally.� They both start laughing as everyone looks at them.
Six o�clock. The Port Charles Hotel, Room 237.
Justin walks up to the door and after hesitating for a moment to smooth out his blue button down shirt and gray slacks, knocks on the door.
Sierra: (calling) �Just a second.�
A moment later, she opens the door. Justin looks at her in awe.
Sierra is dressed in a white silk baby tee that shows a bit of her stomach and a pair of ice blue raw silk pants. Her hair is still up and she�s wearing black Steve Madden sandals.
Justin: (still staring) �You look great.�
Sierra: (staring back) �So do you.� She smiles. �Thanks a lot for picking me up.�
Justin: �It�s no problem.� He smiles at her again as she steps into the hallway and locks the door. �Actually, if you�d like, after dinner, I can kind of give you a tour of Port Charles. Nothing big, just a drive by of the sights.�
Sierra: �I�d love that!� she blushes, realizing how eager she sounds. �I mean, that would be really nice of you, Justin. Thanks.�
Justin: (holding out an arm) �Well, Ms. Hudson, shall we go to dinner?�
Sierra: (taking his arm) �Yes, Mr. Vieira, we shall.�
They both start laughing as they head to the elevator.
Twenty minutes later. Wyndemere.
Jax and Julia arrive at the same time as Kimberly and Scott. They exchange hellos as Scott rings the doorbell.
Alexis: (opening the door, dressed in her maid�s uniform) �Welcome.� She snarls as they all start laughing. �Please come in.�
Julia: (laughing) �Whoa, Lex, nice outfit. Ned must be enjoying that look on you.�
Ned: (coming up behind Alexis) �Yeah, you could say that.� He wraps his arms around her waist. �I�m thinking of buying her one for Christmas.�
Alexis: (snuggling back against him) �Drop dead.�
Mackenzie: (from the living room) �Alexis, I need you guys to finish chopping the vegetables." She comes over to the door. �Hi, you guys! Glad you could come.�
Kimberly: �We wouldn�t have missed this for the world.�
Just then, Justin and Sierra come walking up, talking animatedly.
Mackenzie: �Justin, Sierra! I�m glad you guys could make it!�
Justin: �Thanks for inviting us.� He looks at Alexis. �Hi, Lex. Nice outfit. You too, Ned.�
Sierra: �Mackenzie, thank you for inviting me. It�s really nice to already have friends.�
Mackenzie: (grinning) �No problem.� She turns to Jax and Julia. �Jax and Julia Jacks, this is Sierra Hudson, ABCA�s newest lawyer. Sierra, Julia is my sister. And you already know Justin.�
Sierra: (shaking their hands) �It�s nice to meet you.�
Brooke: (running up) �Justin!� she throws herself at his legs. �Did you see the cover of People Magazine? It has Mia Hamm on it!�
Justin: (picking her up) �I sure did, and I thought of you. Did you buy it?�
Brooke: (happily) �Yeah. Mommy bought it for me.� she looks at Sierra. �Who�s she?�
Justin: �This is Sierra. She works with me and your mom and Aunt Mackenzie.� He grins. �Sierra, this is my girlfriend, Brooke Ashton, Alexis and Ned�s daughter.�
Sierra: (grinning) �Hello, Brooke. So you�re Justin�s girlfriend?�
Brooke: (giggling) �Yeah.� She smiles. �Isn�t that cool?�
Justin: �Hey, Alexis, where�s Hannah? You know that she�s the true love of my life.�
Ned: �She�s still taking a nap. You can flirt with her in about a half hour.�
Stefan: (yelling from the kitchen) �Alexis, these vegetables aren�t going to peel themselves!�
Alexis: (taking Ned�s hand) �Please excuse us. We have to go and do our jobs.� She rolls her eyes. �We�ll be back eventually.�
A half hour later. The dining room.
Everyone is assembled by now and is making small talk. Justin and Sierra are still staring at each other every few minutes.
Mackenzie: (calling) �Alexis, Ned! We�re waiting for our first course!�
Alexis: (coming in with a tray) �Mackenzie, you need to learn to be more patient.� She looks down at the tray of salads, each one missing some various thing.
Claire: (laughing) �Come on, Alexis. Go ahead and serve us.�
Alexis: (agreeably) �Sure.� She goes around the table, randomly plunking down the salads, trying to keep from laughing.
Monica: �Alexis, mine is supposed to be without shrimp.�
Nikolas: �I didn�t want mushrooms.�
Avery: �Mommy, what are those purple things? I don�t want them!�
Jax: �Alexis, I don�t want any sprouts.�
Scott: �I wanted bleu cheese, not ranch, Alexis.�
Alexis: (innocently) �Oh, I�m sorry. You�ll have to sort them out yourselves because I have to get back to the kitchen.� She finishes setting down the salads and then leaves.
She can hear them complaining as she heads back to the kitchen.
Ned: (as she marches in, smiling victoriously) �That was hilarious. You�re a great bitch.�
Alexis: (kissing him quickly) �Thank you very much.� She smiles. �And the best is yet to come.�
Ned: (laughing) �Ah. Dessert. Are we still on for...�
Alexis: (putting her arms around him) �Of course we are.�
Mackenzie: (calling from the dining room) �Ned, Alexis, come here! Gregory has something he want to say.�
Alexis and Ned walk into the dining room and stand behind Mackenzie and Stefan�s chairs.
Gregory: �Well, Monica and I have something to say and we thought that now was the best time.� He gazes at Monica. �Monica and I are engaged.�
Everyone shouts happily and begins applauding as Gregory and Monica kiss.
Mackenzie: �Oh you guys, I am so happy for you!�
Alexis: �You guys, that�s wonderful! Congratulations!�
Monica: (grinning) �Alexis, I would like to thank you for dumping Greg all those years ago and having enough of an effect on him for him to move here and then find me.�
Alexis: (laughing) �You�re more than welcome.�
Two hours later. Dessert time.
Alexis and Ned come in with a tray of plates of chocolate torte.
Emily: �Ooh, that looks wonderful!�
Ned: �Wait until you taste it. It�s sinful.� He and Alexis begin passing out plates. �And don�t worry. We didn�t bake it. Mrs. Lansbury did.�
Mackenzie: �That�s a good thing. I can still taste that bowl of salt you called soup.�
Ned rolls his eyes at Alexis as he comes around the table with two more plates in hand. He sets one down in front of Stefan and then heads for Mackenzie.
As he reaches her, Alexis �accidentally� sticks her foot out and trips Ned, causing him to fall into Mackenzie�s lap, dumping a piece of cake onto her white silk pants.
Everyone gasps and then starts laughing except Mackenzie. She looks stunned.
Mackenzie: (howling) �Ned! You klutz! These are Christian Dior!�
Alexis: (trying to keep from laughing) �Mackenzie, I�m sure they can be dry cleaned.�
Ned: (attempting to look chagrined) �I�m sorry, sis. You can send us the bill.�
Alexis: �Mackenzie, don�t worry about it. It was an accident.�
Mackenzie: (glaring at Ned) �Sure, it was!�
Julia: �Mackenzie, Ned tripped over Alexis� foot. Don�t get mad at him.�
Ned: (trying to not laugh) �I am SO sorry, Mackenzie. No one will notice it looks like you had a little accident.�
Without another word, he walks off to the kitchen. Alexis follows him.
Alexis: (laughing hysterically) �The look on her face was priceless! Way to go, Ned!�
Ned: (taking a little bow) �Thank you, thank you, my darling wife.�
Alexis: �Hey, did you see the chemistry between...�
Ned: �...Sierra and Justin? Totally. They can�t keep their eyes off each other.�
Alexis: (moving close to him) �Sounds familiar.�
Ned: (crooning) �You�re just too good to be true, can�t take my eyes off of you. You�d be like heaven to touch, I want to love you so much...�
Alexis cuts him off by kissing him passionately. He responds eagerly.
Ned: (caressing her backside) �You are so sexy, Alexis Brinna.�
Alexis: (feeling him becoming aroused) �Not again, Ned! We�ll break the table!�
Ned: (laughing as he grinds against her, causing her to moan) �Who said anything about making love on the table?� he kisses her gently. �You just feel so good.�
Alexis: (admitting) �You do too.� His hands slide down to her breasts and he caresses her gently. �That feels really good.�
Ned: (whispering) �And what do you have on under this uniform, Mrs. Ashton?�
Alexis: (softly) �You�ll just have to find out yourself.� She smiles at him.
Ned: (sliding his hand up her skirt and stroking her through her panties) �Ooh, satin. Victoria�s Secret, I presume?�
Alexis: (moaning) �Nothing but the best for you, darling.�
Ned: (whispering in her ear, still stroking her) �You have no idea how much I want to taste you right now.�
Alexis: (barely breathing) �What�s stopping you?�
Without another word, Ned lifts Alexis up onto the counter, and sliding her legs apart, slides her panties over and buries his head in between her legs.
Alexis: (moaning) �Oh, God, Ned... don�t stop... keep doing that... oh...�
Just then, the kitchen door begins to open slowly. Ned doesn�t notice, but Alexis does. The door quickly swings back shut.
Alexis: (hissing) �Ned... Ned, baby, stop...�
Ned: (his head between her legs) �Are you close?�
Alexis: (no longer whispering) �No, stop! I think someone saw us!�
Ned: (standing up) �What? No way!�
Alexis: (laughing) �You are a TERRIBLE influence on me, Ned!�
Ned: (laughing) �But you know that you love it!�
Alexis: �I love you.� She puts her arms around him and kisses him gently. �Forever.�
Later that evening.
Justin and Sierra are standing at the top pier of the Elm Street docks.
Justin: �This are the docks where everyone comes to take walks and go to Kelly�s cafe. At the other end of the marina is a great French restaurant called Chez Plaisance.�
Sierra: �Oh, I love French food.�
Justin: �Maybe we should go sometime.� Sierra blushes. So does he. �I mean, with the other lawyers... maybe a business dinner or something.�
Sierra: (in a low voice) �I wouldn�t mind something a little more intimate.�
Justin: (looking into her eyes) �What do you mean?�
Sierra: (flustered) �I just meant without Jillian. She and I don�t get along.�
Justin: (looking deep into her eyes) �What did you say?�
Sierra doesn�t say anything. She leans a little closer to Justin.
Just before their lips meet, Justin jumps back, his face a little flushed, his expression slightly worried.
Justin: (in a low voice) �I�d better get you home. We have an office meeting tomorrow.�
Sierra: �Okay.� She smiles. �Thanks a lot for the tour.�
They look at each other for a long time and then head back to Justin�s maroon Lexus LS.
Later that night.
