A water company has pipes going to the houses they supply with water. Each house has several pipes for the several water sources in their home. A house is going to be torn down, so the owners cancel the water company's services. In order to be most efficient, the water company takes their pipes previously routed to the condemned home and hooks them up to a different house so that water is not being wasted.
