Snake is a friend of Otto. First seen sitting next to each other in the first episode based upon Otto, The Otto Show, the episode that this site is named after.

Principal Skinner: Otto's employer. Was annoyed the fact that Otto never had a bus licence, took over the bus for the mean time and got angry at drivers. He now realises that Otto is, to heart, a good bus driver.

Bart Simpson: One of the pupil's Otto drives to scholl every weekday morning. Bart see Otto as a role model and admires him dearly. Bart sees Otto as the "coolest adult he knows".

Homer Simpson: Hated the whole period that Otto stayed in his home. Homer is the reason why Otto got his drivers licence!

Marge Simpson: Keep on asking Otto to get his driver's licence. She was the person who understood, when Otto was evited from his home, that he needed a home. She also persuaded him to choose his music over his wife!!!

Lisa Simpson: Another pupil Otto drivers to school. Got scared by one of Otto's bed time stories. Also, was left stranded on an island due to Otto getting hit in the eye by some lemon juice.

Maggie Simpson: She may not speak yet but while Otto was leaving in the Simpson home, she was in the same room as him. In years to come, Otto will soon drive Maggie to school.

Patty Bouvier: Hated the whole period that Otto stayed in his home. Homer is the reason why Otto got his drivers licence!

Barney Gumble: These two got "together" in Season Nine's Joy of Sect. Other than that these two Springfield Citizens have possibly stood near each other in public meetings, court, Town Hall and Even Church

Apu: The Kwik-E-Mart Owner, Otto and Apu' first meeting reference was back in Season Three's Homer Defind. Again, as with Barney, they haven't had much form of communication since.
