THE WAIVER PRIORITY
         The waiver priority will be figured out based on how the initial draft plays out.  This waiver priority will be used primarily for the order that players may add people put on waivers, but it will also be the order used to "Decide Veto Power" before the season has begun.  The waiver priority order will be decided in the following way:

          During the "Face of Franchise" Auction, the manager that is first to successfully bid on a player will be the manager with the lowest waiver priority. After this manager, the NEXT manager to successfully bid on a player will have the next lowest waiver priority.  This will continue until the last manager successfully bids and wins a player.  At this time the Face of Franchise Auction will stop, and the waiver priority will be created.
