TRADING TOOL:

*** The Trading Tool is used to weigh the 'fairness' of a trade based on what Team A gains and loses in comparison to what Team B gains and loses.  It measures the statistical output of each player involved and formulates a relative 'fairness' rating.  This rating is the number of managers
not involved with the traded needed to also approve it in order for the deal to go through.
