CALLING A VOTE

Since no one felt to discuss the idea, I am assuming that there were no objections to it.
So I am calling a vote to institute the "RIVALRY ELEVATOR"
As a reminder here is how it works:
At the end of the season each team is assigned two rivals - a "DADDY" and a "BITCH"
For the next season, a team gets extra points towards their Final Score (i.e. the score for the league prize) or gets subtracted points depending on how they finish relative to their rivals.
1.) If a team finishes above his DADDY rival AND improves his score from the previous year, he is awarded a certain amount of points based on where he ranked the previous season
2.) If a team finishes below his BITCH rival AND declines his score from the previous year, he is subtracted a certain amount of points based on where he ranked the previous season
After each season new rivals will be assigned based on where a team finishes for that year.
THE FOLLOWING POINT TOTALS WILL BE AWARDED TO TEAMS WHO IMPROVE AND FINISH ABOVE THEIR DADDY RIVAL:
If 2nd improves over 1st - .25
3rd over 2nd - .5
4th over 3rd - 1
5th over 4th - 2
6th over 5th - 4
7th over 6th - 6
8th over 7th - 8
9th over 8th - 10
THE FOLLOWING POINT TOTALS WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM TEAMS WHO DECLINE AND FINISH BELOW THEIR BITCH RIVAL:
If 1st falls below 2nd - (-)2.5
2nd below 3rd - 2
3rd below 4th - 1.5
4th below 5th - 1
5th below 6th - .5
6th below 7th - .25
7th below 8th - .1
8th below 9th - .05
