Vote to modify the rule where Full Pay players are not compensated for when they spend an extended period of time on the DL.  From this point forward, so long as a Full Pay player spends more than 92 days on an MLB roster, that player's DL time is compensated.

Me and Blake were talking (flirting) and came up with something that seems fair practice.

*If a FP player is DL'd, should that player remain on that managers team the rest of the year, that DL'd time will be subtracted from his salary, however, if that player is dropped before the required 50% of the season, that manager still pays the 50% penalty* So for example...

If Lyle Overbay spends 10 days on the DL, instead of paying his full $0.81 at the end of the season, you only pay 173/183 of that.

However, if Overbay is dropped before he spends 92 days on the roster, you still pay the $0.41 that you would owe, this way, you aren't penalized so long as the player remains a productive, integral part of your team, but are penalized properly if he is not.
