Formal Proposal

This is a proposal regarding full pay players and their effect on team salary.

As it stands now, if/when a full pay player is traded from Team A to Team B, he is regarded as a time-served player for both teams.

WHAT I AM PROPOSING:

If you have a full pay player on your team (say Aaron Hill), and you realize he sucks and you wish to trade him, he will still be regarded as a full pay player on your final salary tally.

Disclosure: realizing someone sucks has nothing to do with this proposal. any full pay player, good or bad, that is traded, is regarded as a full pay player for the team that dealt him, but as a time served player for the team recieving him.
