Lying on your back
can be a soulful way

the feet gently touching

Unable to sleep that way
you watch and watching
you awake from a gauzy
awareness to be led into
the boundless embrace of
nonattached Clarity
utterly implicated,
effortless Quiet
utterly creative,
fierce Freedom
utterly gentle,
awesome Influence
utterly delightful,
full Compassion
utterly selfless
The feeling of being
utterly alone
solitary yet
utterly sociable
all one
