| Notice Now there comes to mind one whose Theory of Everything holds a vision for unifying not just God talk, but all talk, in language that seems other than nonobjectifying. Ken Wilber. You read the first ten books Ken Wilber wrote, then you got busy and took a hiatus from reading in your field for seven years. You're back in the fold to find Wilber still writing. What a mixed blessing his work must be for tree lovers. What a delight for all who contemplate. Huston Smith once called Wilber "the Einstein of consciousness." Deepak Chopra regards Wilber as his own mentor. Warren Bennis says Wilber makes plain how the abstract ideas of human development and spirituality can be integrated into the living waters of experience. Three thinkers from diverse fields of consciousness recognize the same good thing when they see it. You need not believe Wilber's theory to be flawless to believe in his vision. Nor need you agree out of whim or by cold logic. The vision itself is manifestly testable; reproducible. You may want to read Wilber's critics first.
