You know you don't get the good news for keeps, you get the good news to give it away. Again, you don't get it to hold it, you get it to be awake to it so to hold it not, and you need not be
a Bodhisattva or a Benedictine monk to face the testing, the tempting powers. Still you must be willing to look at your will and when the day comes surrender it Islam-like when you expect to the least.
You need not live by the Jain rule of Ahimsa or The Great Judaic Laws to notice the ants in the pantry or your neighbors next door starving in their dark days for some good news to save the fasting hour.
