Letter from the Founder and President:

I want to personally welcome you to our website. It is my desire to make clear to you the purpose and vision FATHER has given to LET GOD ARISE MINISTRIES.

After ministering in the United States for thirty - five years, Father called my wife and I to the nation of the Philippines. That call was given to us in the year 1989, while we were ministering in San Fernando, Luzon, Philippines. We were Pastor’s of a success ministry in northern California and did not expect to be called to a mission field.

When I enquired as to why we were being sent here. Father said; “ I brought you to this nation to bring the leaders of my church into maturity”. We did not transfer to live here until 1993. That was after I had finished building a church building in Brea California. We lived one year in metro Manila, in 1994 Father led us to Dumaguete City where we now live.

Let God Arise was a mission arm of the ministry in northern Ca., so we keep the name when coming to the Philippines. I was ready to itinerate and raise a budget for the ministry and our living expenses. To my surprise Father told me I could only trust Him and go in faith. He has been more than faithful to us. I could write many books filled with the miracles we have experienced in the past twelve years.

The first few years, were spend developing relationships. At first most of our ministry was in northern Luzon, training Pastor’s. Father caused us to become a mentor and Spiritual father to many leaders. In Tuguegarao is the place where they first called me PAPA Dan. At the present time most of our ministry is in the Visayas region.

In 1998 Father gave me two visions and ask me to begin bringing the leadership in this nation into unity. From these visions River of life Network was birthed. Now after five years there are over nine hundred senior Pastors who are either friends or partners in the network.
