Gaps
There are two gaps. A small one that you can mess around on is located in the upper parking lot. It is a two that goes off a curb and into the lot. Its on a corner so it is a little longer that the usual steps but its fun. Then there is the gap thats about the size of a 6 or 7. Both the run way and landing are messed up. The runway is curvy and the landing is only about 3 ft. of sidewalk into some bushes. This is located in between 2 buildings in the lower area.
Rails & Sets
There are many different size rails and stairs in the Apartments. It goes from 4-12 and maybe higher. The rails are perfect square turqoise rails but the runway and landings aren't all that great. Short runways and landings into muddy grass make it hard to skate.
