Splinter: Leader of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Our definition of this particular authority is that he is the leader of all the Turtles. He decides what, when and how they have to do things. He even decides when they are supposed to eat pizza. The Turtles have an enemy called Shredder. He has two evil companions called BeeBop and RockSteady. Splinter’s job is to always be one step ahead of his evil enemy. As soon as he is informed that Shredder is making another evil move to destroy the world, Splinter commands his four noble servants to go and fight the battle against evil. Like King Athur and his knights or like many other fairy tales. And because Splinter is such a good leader the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles always win the battles, and rescue the whole world.
