Enterprise Oasis Pools picked up a 2-1 victory over the Kingston Cowboys behind the strong pitching of Gregg Garrity. Garrity gave up only 2 hits and struck out 13 batters. Not to be outdone, Cowboys pitcher Jon Swaine gave up 3 hits while striking out 10. Swaine also had the only two hits for the Cowboys, including a hard hit homerun to deep left centre field in the seventh. Both of Enterprise' s runs were unearned. With one out in the fourth, Garrity reached base when his high fly ball was misplayed and scored on a single up the middle by Carl Lyons. In the fifth inning, Adam Jelley hit a double off of the left field fence and then scored when a pop up was dropped at shortstop.
