The October meeting of the LF&G was held on the 2ndat the club 34 members attended and the raffle raised $45.The hunter safety field day went well. 45 students completed the course and all went without a hitch.
Thanks to Ken and Rudy Timpe, Joe Galimi, and all the others that helped me with the silhouette shoots this past year. Also for the venison chili and all the other great eats at the last match. Below are a few photos of the last shoot.

We finally have received the permits to do the improvements to the100-yard range, that work will be undertaken as soon as resources and scheduling allows.
B.J. Richardson has stepped up to the plate to take charge of the archery events. He will need help to clean and organize the trails andfuture shoots, contact B.J. at 603-623-6994.
The new power generating plant construction is underway and as you have seen there have been surveyors working near the club grounds. There are going to be transmission lines from the plant to the existing power lines. They will run basically along our western property line (orange gate side). This will cerate a barrier protecting us from encroachment from the west, and yes we are looking into running power into the club.
Thirteen new members joined in October, Richard York, Rob Shields, Neil Adams, Frank Torre, Kenneth Karcich, Frank Savage, Normand Hebert, Leon Thompson, Richard Williams, Scott Meyers, Steve McCombs, Daniel Hebert, and William Broussard.
Next meeting November 7th at the club, 7:30 pm.
