Kenneth Blanchard

The June meeting of the LF&G was held on the 6th. at the club 28 members attended and the raffle raised $32.

The fishing derby went very well with 160 kids registered. The fish didn't co-operate as well as we would have liked to see, only 98 were caught with the largest at 13 inches and the smallest at 4 inches. Thanks to Bob Pepper for handling the radios.

Tony Lekas has offered to repair the picnic tables, the club will pay for the materials and Tony is supplying his time and labor.

Because of the 4th of July holiday the next meeting will be postponed until July 11th 7:30 pm at the club.

Our May silhouette shoot went well even though it threatened rain all day. We had 25 entries and everyone had a good time. These shoots are not sanctioned and are just for fun so come out and try it.

Thirteen new members joined in June, Kenneth Arndt, Liane Haslaner, Victor Duphily, John Cuddy, Joseph Boucher, Jack McPheison, Chris Trickett, David Wood, Robert Hardy, Dennis Sweeney, Christopher Bierlich, Russell Bierlich, and Seth Jubinville.
