Club Description |
|
|
|
Londonderry Fish & Game Club is a sporting club located on +/-83 Acres in Londonderry NH. 25, 50 and 100 Yard Ranges, a Trap/Skeet Range and Archery Ranges are available to members for use. Members in good standing are issued an individual key to gain access to the club facilities and a Club Membership Identification Badge. The club DOES NOT employ an on-duty range master. LFGC charges no range and/or facility use fees to its members and all members and duly authorized guests use the facilities FREE OF CHARGE. |

Membership in the National Rifle Association |
|
|
|
Every LFGC member, in order to remain a member in good standing, must have a basic membership in the National Rifle Association (NRA). LFGC is an NRA-affiliated Club and the insurances obtained for the benefit of the LFGC are through the NRA. |
|
|
|
Terms of Membership and Club Meetings |
|
|
|
Membership begins January 1st of every year and runs through December. New members joining on or after October 1st will hold a valid membership throughout the following year for one full membership cycle. Membership renewals are $120 annually, offset by a $30 work party credit, provided that the renewing member has participated in one of the club scheduled work parties. Membership meetings are held on the FIRST TUESDAY of every month, 7:30 PM, throughout the Calendar year at the Londonderry Fish and Game Club facility unless otherwise posted or noticed in advance. Specific Performance Requirements and Conditions for Membership |
|
|
|
Any person who presents him or herself for membership in the Londonderry Fish & Game Club, Inc. (referred to as 'LFGC" or "the Club" hereinafter) and signs the application for membership, represents that they meet the following terms and conditions as required for membership in the LFGC: |
|
|
|
1. |
|
That I am not now presently under indictment or information in any court, for a felony, or any other crime in which incarceration for more than a year could result; |
|
|
|
|
|
2. |
|
That, I have not been convicted of a felony or any other crime, that has not been anulled, for which incarceration of more than a year resulted; |
|
|
|
|
|
3. |
|
That I am not an unlawful user of and/or addicted to illegal drugs; |
|
|
|
|
|
4. |
|
That I am not a career criminal or a fugitive from Justice in any jurisdiction; |
|
|
|
|
|
5. |
|
That I have not been involuntarily committed or court adjudicated as mentally defective; |
|
|
|
|
|
6. |
|
That I am not the subject of (defendant) a court order restraining activities such as stalking, harassing or threatening; |
|
|
|
|
|
7. |
|
That I have not been convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence; |
|
|
|
|
|
That I have not renounced my United States citizenship, nor am I a non-resident alien or other foreign national that is not legally present in the United States; |
|
|
8. |
|
|
|
|
9. |
|
|
|
That I am not now, nor have I been in the last seven years, a member of any organization, coalition, group, club, association or other organized body whose purposes, principles and activities contravene, oppose or seek to diminish in any form, the bylaws, principles, traditions, goals or purposes of the LFGC, the National Rifle Association, or other groups supporting Hunting, Fishing and/or the Second Amendment.; |

|

|
That I have not been convicted in the last seven (7) years of any violations of Fish & Game Laws of any state, and that I always practice safe and responsible firearms handling, ethical hunting practices and principles of fair chase.; |
|
|
|
|
|
Other Waivers and Acknowledgements |
|
|
|
By accepting membership in the Londonderry Fish & Game Club, Inc., and by making full use of the facilities thereof, the member acknowledges that he or she will ise the club for "recreational" purposes only and the LFGC, its officers, and board members shall not be liable to the member or his or her lawful invitees, for any personal injury or property damage in the absence of intentionally caused injury or damage. |

|
Moreover, the member hereby acknowledges that the use, handling and operation of firearms, archery equipment and live ammunition presents general inherent risks for serious bodily injury or death and the member assumes such risk by making use of the club facilities. the member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LFGC, its officers, and directors against any injury action resulting. Members agree to be bound by and shall follow all safety rules promulgated by the LFGC and agrees that membership may be revoked at any time where good cause is shown that the member has violated the club safety rules. |

All members, from term to term, shall acknowledge with their signature that he or she has read and understand the foregoing terms, conditions, acknowledgments and waivers at the membership renewal period or new member orientation. No membership shall be valid unless LFGC receives said signature. By signing the application, electronically or otherwise, the member is representing that he or she meets all aforementioned terms and conditions for membership and acceptance shall be based solely on such respresentation. Members understand that if there is any portion or part of these terms and conditions that he or she does not understand, Officers and club members are always available to explain the terms and answer any questions. Signing below constitutes an additional acknowledgement that the applicant or member fully understands all terms and conditions. |

Membership Status Change |
|
|
|
If, at any time a LFGC member is deemed to no longer be a "member in good standing" as defined by club bylaws, or violates rules, bylaws or principles of the club, such membership shall be revoked pursuant to the bylaws as amended on April 2, 2006. No junior membership shall be valid without the authorized signature of a parent or legal guardian. |
