Cheryl Bartetzko
Consulting Producer/ Costumes

Cheryl has worked with the Lake Forest Showboaters since 1988 in just about every capacity—producer of over 35 shows, director, choreographer, costumer, set designer and builder, writer, etc. etc.  She started performing at age 4 has been infected with “The smell of the greasepaint, the roar of the crowd” ever since.   

An active member of the community Cheryl was founding chairman of the Southeast County Guild for the Orange County Performing Arts Center .  In “real” life Cheryl is a Transaction Coordinator for The Michael Clifford Group, a local real estate company.

You will also see Cheryl’s family working with this production.  Husband Egon is a mainstay of the construction crew, her sons Mike and Steve have both appeared on stage and regularly work backstage, her grandson Nick has appeared in a number of productions and her granddaughter Brianne is waiting until next year—when she will be old enough to appear on the Showboaters stage. 

Cheryl is currently serving as the President of the Showboaters Board of Governors.
