Jeanie and I are truly blessed with great friends here in Mt. Village. Our neighbors joined us for a meat cutting extravaganza. With a party atmosphere we were able to cut and wrap the entire moose in 2 nights. Gary holds the pan while Robert stuffs the (more power) hand grinder with moose meat. Ernie stands back for fear his fingers or his shirt might get caught up in the belt.

The wrapping crew had an assembly line that any butchers shop would be proud of. Sherry cuts paper as Karen handles the messy job of pre sizing the moose burger balls. Jeanie wraps them in cellophane and Jenna delivers them to Diane to wrap. Audrey and Ernie rounded out the team with a tape job and a name. MB 02.

Under the glow of Jeanie's "Happy Light" the ladies perform their designated tasks. Thanks again and we will see you next year!
