April is the month when the green returns to the lawn, the trees, and the
Internal Revenue Service.

You probably heard about the man who wrote the IRS the note:  "I haven't
been able to sleep because last year, when I filled out my income tax
report, I deliberately misrepresented my income.  I am enclosing a check
for $150, and if I still can't sleep, I will send you the rest."
