| Thought I needed a place for my rig so here it is. The gaming rig is layed out on an Abit AS8 with droop mod.. It has an Intel 520 running at 3.5GHz with 2gig PC3200 ram.. Seeing as this is my gaming rig I went with a eVGA 6800GT kept cool with a Actel topped Maze4l.To hold the games I went with a pair of 80gig Seagate SATA hard drives. Powering this beast is a PC Power and Cooling 510 Deluxe, which I have to say is well worth the price. To keep the CPU nice and cool I went with a Little Rivers G4, Thermochill PA120.3 with 3 120mm Coolermaster Al fans. For the pumps I went with a signle D4 soon to add a D5 in to the loop as my other D4 died. With the cooling I'm getting a 35c full load temp and idle temp is well who knows.. The house for the rig is a Lian Li v2000b with side window with a clown ecthed in to it.. Lastly I would like to take the time to thank all the guys at the OC Forums who taught me about overclocking and watercooling. Sure I've lost a few parts along the way but I knew that could happen going in to it. |
