Your world:
is based on
how you perceive things
in the outside world,
outside of you;
your perception
is based on the concepts
you have held on to
through out your life
based on your senses;
and the conception
you have held on to
based on your senses
is not the Truth;
so how can your world
you have constructed
based on your own concept
be true;
so what is there
to be depressed about
when you say
you are depressed about the world,
for your world
you have contructed
is false
and you are feeling depressed falsely
for no good true reasons
at all.
However, you could be depressed, manic, or similar because of brain chemicals being out of balance. In that case you go to a psychiatrist to get medicine to help restore the balance, and you get therapy to help with the rest. If you are lucky, you also have a drop-in center, like Bridgeview, in Minneapolis, MN. There may be helpline numbers you can call, like 211 in Minnesota. In general, there may be people you can tap to help you with your struggle to get back to somewhat normal.
