One thing I've learned, this was long ago, that the underware of the Universe, quarks, electrons, cells, is very important to get a handle on.
The more you can know about your predicament, your situation, the better off you will be. If your mind is working well enough to pick up details about your existence, the underware of the world, the better off you will be.
